Assalammualaikum
Hi everyone!!
Wow i haven't update anything since my departure.
How should i start this haha
I'm not sure whether i'm so occupied at uni or I choose not to write..
Anyways, it's the first day of Easter break!
I don't have to worry about assignments to be submitted next week (even though I have one), or things to catch up for next week classes because it's a one week holiday yayy hahaha i know i'm just too excited 😅.
Plus minus it has been a month and few weeks since i left Malaysia. Talking about adapting, I felt like things were okay, so far I could still put things at its' places. Making new friends are okay too, people here are quite nice.. Up until today, I have like few local Lebanese friends, met a sweet local girl in my chemistry tutorial, I'm with a loud girl group in math class but eventually.. I will always choose the group of Malaysian friends (so that I can feel like homee). Oh and I really miss home, my family, someone and my dearest friends. To think about it, I already did quite a lot of things too haha. I've went to few attractions places in Sydney, tried few halal restaurants, went to Malaysian Hall, met my Langkawi friends and I even played volleyball! Cooking? I mastered it already hahah jk! Since I have to cook food by my own, quite a number of dishes that I already made and so far probably.. the carbonara and daging masak paprik r the best ones! I found myself enjoy going for groceries shopping and cooking 😋 Guess it's a good sign right?
For this semester, my classes pack on Monday and Tuesday. I have back to back classes from 8am until 2pm on Monday (no gap! plus a 3hr workshop of drilling metals n using big machines 🔩⚙️ - it's like doing real engineering stuffs haha side note I'm amazed with my self) and on Tuesday, I have classes until 5pm.. Luckily the day afterwards are much more relaxing and less tedious. So basically if Monday and Tuesday pass in a particular week, I consider that week is done! haha
I just wanna let go of things and be happy |
Sincerely by Amira Aina :)
